I was too sick & fragile to become the Magical Athlete & Man I’m here to be.

I overcame poor health to add muscle and become the athlete I dreamed of being.

Chapter 1 - Introduction

Muscular, alert, lean, vibrant & capable; what if more men could describe themselves this way?

The median man “rewards” himself with beer, wheat, sugar, ultra-pasteurised dairy and chemicals that never previously played a role in the diet of any animal.

His whole life is drugged with prescribed or self-directed uppers (stimulants) and downers (depressants & relaxants).

He’s rarely in nature.

Breathing is something that is completely automatic.

Pain caused by poor posture and weakness is an accepted part of life

Strange Foods

Your dog wouldn’t eat most modern “health foods.”

Most people feed their children foods they wouldn’t let their dogs eat.

Your ancestors wouldn’t recognise most of what’s on the shelves in modern supermarkets as being food.

If people fed their pet monkey or dog what they feed their children they would be reported for animal cruelty.

Breast milk is the one essential raw food that can’t be argued against for its importance and yet all adult food is preserved or aged.

Weak, fat, sick, low energy people accept jobs and comfortably numb lives.

Goats and cows don’t need to be taught what to eat and how to be healthy.

Neither to wolves and bears.

Zoo animals, human pets and humans are the ones getting sick.

Today, without significant effort and study the common man will experience poor health.

Stranger still the common man pities the healthy man for “missing out” on chemically modified foods and treats.


Chapter 2. Why Holistic Athletic Physique?

Being athletic is a key component for building lives of more joy & love.

Being athletic is great for business as it is the fastest way to establish trust & respect.

Being athletic is a great foundation of a joyful life & a spiritual journey. A strong will & a body at ease facilitate deeper journeys.

Being athletic is great for family life because play breaks all social barriers and allows us to express ourselves.

Being athletic is great for the planet as we can only build our most athletic selves consuming clean air, water & food.
