That’s what I thought and I wasn’t alone.

When I saw Mark Bell talking about Sugar Diet I thought he’d gone crazy or been bought out.
When I saw that a truck driver lost 15kg in a month and enjoyed the experience I decided to take another look.
For the last month I’ve been experimenting with sugar fasting, sugar diet, starches, carb cycling and more.
I got super lean.
I trained back flips & went to the trampoline park without the cortisol spike and crash I would usually get.
But it hasn’t all been smooth.

As much as Carnivore and Keto helped from where I was I don’t see myself going long-term low-cab or carnivore again anytime soon.
